Procurement Manager - Technology & InfrastructureTalento is partnering with a leading technology organization to find a contract Procurement Manager with expertise in supporting product, infrastructure, and technology teams. This role requires a strong focus on software, data centers, and telecommunications procurement.Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage contracts, agreements, and purchase orders for suppliers across events, demand generation, and corporate communications, including venue hosts, F&B providers, lead generation services, and marketing SaaS platforms.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize vendor relationships.
• Lead vendor sourcing, selection, negotiation, and contract execution to maximize business value.
• Advise internal teams on contract templates, procurement processes, and company policies.
• Create and oversee purchase orders within the ERP system while ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
• Collaborate with the legal team for contract reviews and approvals as needed.
• Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance procurement workflows.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor payment issues promptly.
• Manage and respond to vendor-related inquiries via email and internal ticketing systems.
• Maintain the contract management system, ensuring timely handling of renewals and compliance tracking.
• Provide support to other procurement team members as required.Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or procure-to-pay functions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite administration.
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and common formulas).
