Dermatology Department Chair - Miami, Florida We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at a growing cancer program in Miami, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving academic department focused on medical dermatology, particularly skin cancer and clinical trials.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and growth of the Dermatology Department.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in the field of dermatology.
• Oversee all clinical, research, and educational activities within the department.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment for faculty and staff.
• Secure funding for research and departmental initiatives.
• Represent the department within the hospital and the broader medical community.Qualifications:
  • Board-certified Dermatologist with a Florida medical license.
  • Proven leadership experience in an academic department, preferably at the Associate Professor/Professor level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical dermatology, especially skin cancer and clinical trials.
  • Strong research and publication record.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.Benefits:
