Job Description The University of Miami Health System, Miller
School of Medicine is initiating a search for a Hepatologist at the
Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine level. ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS: Provide direct outpatient care to Hepatology patients
primarily at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics Perform
routine endoscopic services on Hepatology patients Provide
inpatient care, on a rotating basis on a APP run Hepatology Service
Opportunities to initiate and participate in clinical research
studies Teaching of residents and fellows DESIRED QUALIFIATIONS:
MD/DO Degree ACGME US Internal Medicine residency BE/BC in Internal
Medicine BE/BC in Gastroenterology BE/BC in Transplant Hepatology
encouraged Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligible
to apply Must maintain CME to meet institutional and state
licensing requirements Current BLS certification required. ACLS
Valid DEA licensure UHealth-University of Miami Health System,
