Job Description Job Description Seeking a OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services at Seasons Gardens, Near The Hammocks, FL 33196 to provide treatment in an assisted living community : Make your own schedule. $100/Evaluation We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Job Type: * PRN* Compensation: $100/eval/ $14 per unit Hospice visit rates: $120/eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units)
