As a RN Case Manager PRN, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating comprehensive care plans that meet the health needs of our patients while ensuring the delivery of cost-effective treatment options. Assessing patient needs and drafting nursing care plans. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient treatment. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Providing effective communication among patients, families, and healthcare providers. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred
