Job Description:
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate
action. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience
required. Psychiatric Assistants who work in any of the Behavioral
Health units are required to perform safety rounds on all assigned
patients every 15 minutes and to record activities/locations of
patients on the assigned rounding sheet upon the completion of each
15 minute rounding session. Memorial Healthcare System is a
