team where your courtroom skills are valued and rewarded! We are
recruiting for a Florida-barred Litigation Attorney with trial
experience in personal injury law. This is an exciting opportunity
to litigate complex cases, including: Auto Accidents Catastrophic
Injuries Slip and Falls Medical Malpractice National Mass Tort
Claims Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from filing
to verdict in state and federal court Conduct and respond to
discovery Take and defend depositions (fact and expert) Attend
court hearings and mediations Prepare for jury trials File
post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics Collaborate
with legal support staff and litigation team Requirements: Active
Florida Bar license in good standing 1-5 years of Plaintiff PI
litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing and oral
advocacy skills Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus Benefits:
