All we are looking for is someone who excels at interacting with a variety of different individuals, and who wants to work hard and do things the right way, no matter what.If that's you, keep reading!What would I be doing?Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territoryBuild rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clientsAssess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutionsFollow up with clients on questions and potential issuesCommunicate internally with team membersOther duties may be assignedWhat skills does it take to win?Strong work ethic and commitment to integrityHungry, driven, and competitiveHumble and teachable attitudeRelational and outgoing personalityStrong communication skillsWhat will I get paid?We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal--$125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
